Pre-Payment:

The practice takes a pre-payment (deposit) to secure the appointment.

Cancellation Notice:

The practice requires notice, minimum 48 hours, to cancel an appointment. If less than 48 hours is given, we reserve the right to withhold the deposit, based upon the length of the appointment, to cover overheads.

Price Increases:

Dental touch can increase patients charges any time during the year. Annual price increases will occur on the 1st January every year.

Registering As A Private or NHS Patients

At the Dental Touch, we are inviting new patients to join our family-friendly private dental practice.

With a choice of NHS treatment for children, high quality routine and cosmetic treatments for adults, a choice of payment options – visiting us couldn’t be easier.

Prioritising patients

As we re-open our doors, we will be booking patients on the basis of:

• PPE availability.
• Emergencies during the lockdown period
• Deferred existing courses of treatment
• Routine examinations ( from April, May and June)
• Hygienist visits (from April, May and June)
• Any existing bookings from July onwards will be honoured
